Return & Refund Policy

At Merry Craft Works, we take pride in creating personalized products made specifically for each customer. While we carefully prepare every order, we understand that occasionally something may go wrong.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

If you received non-defective item but it is the wrong product, an item that is defective, or one that is significantly different from your approved design, we’re happy to offer a refund, or replacement, depending on your preference.

  • Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue, along with your order details.
  • We'll review the photos you've provided, fully acknowledge the issue, and take complete responsibility for ensuring a reprint is processed promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making things right.
  • If a reprint is not possible, we will issue a refund for the affected items. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@merrycraftworks.com or call +1 909-257-7594. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund. Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing or design changes after the order is confirmed. 

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If the order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
  • If production has already started, cancellations will no longer be possible.

All refunds will be issued for the original purchase amount, minus any applicable shipping fees and discounts, except in cases where an incorrect item was sent. Once your refund is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
