At Merry Craft Works, many of our products are personalized and made especially for you. Because each personalized item is created according to your customization, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders within the United States, including all 50 states.
Standard shipping generally takes 4–6 business days after your order has completed production.
Processing and Production Time
Most personalized orders require approximately 4-6 business days for production and preparation before shipment.
Production time begins after your order has been successfully placed and all required personalization information has been provided.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once production is complete, Free Standard Shipping typically takes an additional 4–6 business days.
Most orders therefore arrive approximately:
8–12 business days from the date the order is placed.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
During peak shopping periods, especially during the Christmas and holiday season, production or carrier transit times may occasionally take longer than usual. We recommend ordering early during busy seasonal periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Because personalized orders can enter production quickly, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Delays and Carrier Issues
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, high seasonal shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking appears unusually delayed or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned or delayed because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping arrangements.
